- Monitor and audit the 3PL performance, driving service and be accountable for KPI results.
- Conduct warehouse patrols and spot checks to ensure 3PL operations comply with SOP and SLA.
- Coordinate warehouse and last‑mile handovers and communicate with OC’s in-house last‑mile drivers to ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor and audit 3PL performance and driving service and be accountable for KPI results. Including daily inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, and exception handling.
- Take charge of the communication with OC in‑house last‑mile pick‑up arrangement, ensuring smooth handover between the warehouse and last mile.
- Leverage data analytics and the ticketing system to effectively monitor warehouse KPIs, proactively track anomaly reporting and resolution, and maintain close communication with BD and Customer Service on case‑specific warehouse issues.
- Maintain close communication with the domestic control tower, provide real‑time feedback on 3PL on‑site conditions, issue timely alerts and elevate service risks. Manage and steer the 3PL according to the control tower’s directives and requirements.
- Other potential projects, such as vendor sourcing, new warehouse launches, and WMS system rollouts.
- Work closely with 3PL local team, hold regular meetings with them to review their performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to improve continuous internal & external customer experience.
- At least 3 years of warehouse operations and distribution management experience in the logistics industry, preferably with e‑commerce fulfillment experience.
- Multinational company work and cross‑cultural communication experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
- English, both oral and written skills. Mandarin desirable.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience of working in/with an outsourced service provider.
- Strong KPI management and project management capabilities.
- Analytical & problem‑solving capability.
- Detail focus and excellent teamwork spirit.
- Strong self‑driving and creative thinking.
- Detail‑oriented and good analysis skill.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Can work under pressure and in a challenging environment.
- Eligibility to work in US on a permanent basis.
