Project Manager, Portfolio and Business Operations

* This role will be full onsite in Newark, NJ 5x a week*

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while supporting portfolio planning and operational processes. This role blends strategic program delivery with operational coordination, requiring someone who can manage ambiguous projects, build scalable processes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee multiple projects, including planning, prioritization, execution, and tracking
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource strategies, budgets, and risk mitigation approaches
• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder communication
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
• Implement project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Several years of project management experience leading complex initiatives
  
  Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets successfully
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to thrive in fast‑changing, collaborative environments

• Professional project management certification
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, strategy, or operations functions
