Senior Property Manager- Class A Office

💰 $110K–$130K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re hiring a Director of Property Management to lead operations at a Class A office property in Newark, NJ — with potential to oversee an additional asset in the near future.

This is a highly visible, onsite leadership role for a seasoned commercial real estate professional who can step in and perform immediately. At the top of the salary range, we’re looking for someone fully experienced — no ramp-up time needed.

• Full operational oversight of a Class A office building (currently 50% occupied with executed leases bringing it to ~75%)
• Primary tenant representative – strong focus on tenant relations and retention
• Oversight of 2 union building engineers (performance management + accountability required)
• Budgeting, financial coordination, and vendor management
• Landlord representative for a major new lease build-out
• Overseeing a 6–9 month construction project in partnership with the GC
• Ensuring minimal disruption to in-place tenants
• There is potential to take on an additional property and occasional presence in Secaucus down the line.

• ✔ 5+ years of commercial property management experience (Class A office a MUST)
• ✔ Experience managing union building staff
• ✔ Hands‑on leadership style — visible, proactive, accountable
• ✔ Experience with property management software
• ✔ BOMA, RPA, CPM, or IREM certifications are a plus
