We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on, and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Newark, NJ facility. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring operational efficiency across all warehouse functions.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance strategic oversight with day‑to‑day execution. This position requires attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to maintain a structured, productive warehouse environment while meeting company deadlines and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations
, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping - Supervise and manage warehouse staff

- Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to improve workflow and reduce errors
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams regarding inventory needs and logistics
- Track performance metrics and report operational data to management
