Key Responsibilities Manage the Partner Care team and oversee end-to-end support experiences for Partners Scale and develop a high-performing Partner experience team while utilizing key performance indicators to drive service program execution Build collaborative relationships across the organization to enhance customer service and advocate for Partners and their customers
Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field A minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Service management, with 4+ years in the financial services industry Proven track record in operational leadership roles and managing complex operations with third-party vendors (BPO) Strong strategic planning skills and experience in executing long-term projects Familiarity with accounting systems and CRM systems is preferred
