Director, Wealth Managament Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Director to help lead and scale a growing wealth management practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on leadership position—owning day‑to‑day operations while contributing to long‑term strategy, team development, and overall practice growth.

• Own practice operations: Oversee systems, workflows, and processes to ensure the business runs efficiently and at a high standard
• Drive process improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to enhance consistency, scalability, and client service
• Support growth initiatives: Contribute to marketing, prospecting, and client experience efforts, including events and brand‑building initiatives
• Partner on strategy: Work closely with leadership on business planning and execution
• Lead and develop talent: Help identify hiring needs, support recruiting, and manage employee development and performance
• Ensure quality delivery: Partner with advisors and team members to ensure financial planning and investment‑related work is completed accurately and professionally
• Run team cadence: Set agendas, lead team meetings, and drive accountability across initiatives
• Manage key relationships: Serve as a central point of contact for vendors, technology, facilities, and operational matters
• Maintain compliance and organization: Ensure proper handling of client data, business metrics, and regulatory requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, client service, and investment operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable balancing hands‑on execution with strategic thinking

• Familiarity with eMoney and Schwab platforms
• Experience supporting daily operations within a top‑tier wealth management firm
• Track record of leading dynamic, high‑performance teams
