We're seeking a Roofing Sales Manager to lead from the front recruiting, motivating, and mentoring a team of door-to-door roofing reps. Your leadership will directly shape the success of your team and drive our continued expansion across the region.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of D2D roofing sales reps.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
