With operations across North America and a global footprint spanning more than 50 countries, this organization is expanding its U.S. leadership team and is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help scale its operations.

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the U.S. business while leading multiple functional areas, including:

• Customer Service
• Warehouse Operations
• Logistics & Transportation
• Purchasing
• Supply Chain
• Production & Packaging

You'll partner closely with executive leadership to improve processes, optimize inventory and distribution, negotiate with vendors and carriers, develop KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service across the organization.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy while remaining closely connected to daily operations.

We're seeking a leader who brings:

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience
• End-to-end Supply Chain leadership
• Experience managing multiple operational functions
• Warehouse and distribution experience
• Purchasing and vendor negotiation experience
• Freight and logistics management
• ERP and WMS experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams

Experience with
perishable products, food manufacturing, agriculture, biologics, pharmaceuticals, cold-chain logistics, or other time-sensitive products is highly desirable but not required.
