Aspen Leadership Group is partnering with St. Benedict's Preparatory School to fill the role of Director of Annual Giving
.

This position reports to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations and is responsible for managing a comprehensive annual giving program that aims to raise at least $15 million annually. The Director will lead a small team, expand the organization’s overall annual giving efforts, and manage a portfolio of key annual giving prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of the annual giving program.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed the $15 million annual fundraising target.
  • Manage a team of two volunteers or staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with annual giving prospects and donors.
  • Coordinate with advancement, communications, and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach.
  • Analyze giving patterns, develop reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing annual giving or similar campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, nonprofit environment.
  • Open to a broad range of backgrounds and experiences; candidates not meeting every listed qualification may still be considered.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary range: $125,000 to $140,000.
