You are stepping into a beautiful, newly opened Assisted Living and Memory Care community that is already growing occupancy. Best of all, you will have a fully staffed, dedicated department head team ready for an inspiring leader to take them across the finish line.

• Drive Lease‑Up Momentum:
  Partner closely with sales leadership and community teams to hit occupancy and NOI targets while keeping operations orderly and stable.
• Lead from the Front:
  Actively engage with department heads, mentor staff, and serve as a visible advocate for residents and families.
• Champion Comprehensive Care:
  Support specialized memory care programming and forward‑thinking resident partnerships designed to reduce hospitalizations and allow seniors to age in place.

• The Background:
  Proven executive leadership in senior living, with strong experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care environments. (Active CALA certification preferred).
