Regional Operations Manager UCHC NSP

Rutgers University is hiring a Regional Operations Manager UCHC NSP. The role involves implementing procedures and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of logistical and administrative services within the Department of Corrections facilities, supervising UCHC staff, and managing operational plans, performance improvements, and collaboration with DOC administration.

• Supervise facility operational plans and ensure adherence to National Commission on Correctional Healthcare guidelines.
• Implement operational enhancements tailored to facility patient populations and evolving DOC needs.
• Generate data reports and manage procurement and distribution of supplies.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement Teams to identify and implement interventions for improvement.
• Work closely with DOC facility administrative teams to address patient care needs and operational barriers.
• Lead, hire, train, supervise, and conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff.
• Manage UCHC administrative workflows and communicate relevant information to staff promptly.
• Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in relevant fields with 2 years supervisory experience or a Baccalaureate with 4 years in a similar capacity.
• Must have outstanding leadership skills, knowledge of unionized environments, a valid NJ driver's license, own vehicle, and availability for 24/7 on-call duties.
• Salary range: $82,856 to $126,775 annually.
