The Manufacturing Plant in Delanco, NJ is looking to add a team member to our Maintenance team. While you will be the “go to” person for installing/fixing electrical issues, you will also perform non‑electrical maintenance work. Shift schedule:
1st
Shift: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (Mon‑Fri)
2nd
Shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (Mon‑Thu)
Pay rate: $25.50 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour differential for 2nd Shift.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and safety repairs, as directed.
- Work independently and as part of a team to support the maintenance department and facility, and perform miscellaneous duties as instructed.
- Use scheduled maintenance logs to perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Perform welding, grinding, fabrication, and flame cutting, as required, to implement general facility repairs.
- Conduct housekeeping tasks and operate equipment to maintain a clean facility.
- Remove snow and ice when weather conditions warrant.
- Operate in accordance with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Assist other Maintenance Technicians in their day‑to‑day operations to develop technical skillsets and prepare for future responsibilities.
- Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties, as assigned.
- 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work in a safety‑focused environment.
- Physical capability to meet the job’s requirements (details available upon interview).
- Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge.
