We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across production operations. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, supporting digital manufacturing systems (SAP and MES), and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve process issues
- Support and maintain SAP and MES systems for accurate production data and reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) and implement solutions to improve results
- Lead root cause investigations and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all processes and documentation comply with ISO 9001 standards
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Assist with process validation, equipment qualification, and new product introductions
- Train operators and staff on process improvements and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related)
- 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
- Working knowledge of SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and audits
- Background in continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
