A leading staffing agency is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Trimmer to join a dynamic team. This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment where attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trimming products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.### Requirements / Responsibilities
- Trim excess materials from products using manual or automated tools.
- Inspect products for defects and quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.### Qualifications
- Previous experience in a trimming or similar production role preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic understanding of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.### Job Details / Duties
- Operate trimming tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Remove unwanted parts such as excess material, flash, or sprues from products.
