This position is a fixed‑term assignment through the end of December 2026. The role offers full‑time hours, benefits, training, and a potential transition to a regular employee based on performance and business needs.

This position will work a 12‑hour shift on nights on a 2‑2‑3 schedule from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM. The hourly rate is $20.65 with a $1.00 shift differential for the night shift.

In this role you will work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team producing high‑quality components used in life‑saving healthcare products. You will rotate through multiple production functions, learn new skills, and contribute to a safe, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate molding and trimming equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Process, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• No minimum experience required.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and rotate through different job functions.
• Ability to train and support coworkers when needed.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including the use of a keyboard and mouse.
• Experience using computer‑based production systems such as SAP is beneficial.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

5%:
Up to 13 business days per year.

Medium‑exerting up to 50 lb/22 kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lb/9 kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lb/4 kg of force constantly to move objects.
