Who You AreWe are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Operator to support manufacturing operations and ensure the consistent production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment. This role involves equipment operation, material handling, documentation, and adherence to cGMP standards.
What You'll Do- Dispense raw materials and components in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs.
- Operate blending, filling, and gel prep equipment independently and as part of a team.
- Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and encapsulation machines following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently to maintain product quality and compliance.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling to support smooth production flow.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with GMP and audit requirements.
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform routine in-process quality checks and accurately record production data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and reducing waste.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for movement of materials and finished goods.
- Follow all safety procedures related to equipment operation, material handling, and production activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
- Basic machining or equipment maintenance skills are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong mathematical and documentation skills.
Compensation: $22-$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
