Production Technician

Job Description

The Production Technician I is responsible for the inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished drug product. The Production Technician will execute these tasks manually or will operate equipment that performs these functions. Responsibilities include regular and predictable onsite attendance, performing visual inspection of drug product according to SOPs and cGMPs, manual labeling and packaging, setting up and maintaining inspection/labeling/packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean production environment.

The technician will also complete logbook and batch record paperwork, elevate deviations to supervisors, provide peer training, identify and report defective products, and perform other related duties as required.

Minimum of two years of cGMP manufacturing experience is required. The role involves lifting 5-40 pounds, standing throughout the shift, and frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

This is a contract position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).

This is a fully on-site position in NA, New Jersey.

The noise level of the job environment is moderate. Hearing protection is provided and may be required at times.
