Responsible for batch formulation, mixing materials, quality color matching/tinting, and ensuring finished products meet specifications within departmental duties.

• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines, and use required safety equipment.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Use Central Lab formulations to add approved materials accurately and efficiently.
• Operate dispersion equipment (electro gauges, valves, temperature controls, flow meters, etc.).
• Perform quality control checks for dispersion approval and transfer batches to next production step.
• Transfer batches into scheduled tanks for thin‑down, ensuring timely completion per Central Lab standards.
• Communicate with other departments for transfer of completed dispersion production.
• Maintain clean filters and equipment as needed.
• Use color spectrophotometer and eye shading techniques to match batches to customer specifications.
• Execute quality checks and procedures to enable first‑run capability.
• Work cross‑train in other departments and operate forklift and related equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
• Experience in accurate color matching and ability to utilize company software.
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Experience operating fill‑by‑weight machines, video jets, labelers, palletizers, and depalletizers.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.

• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and kneeling throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects from floor.
• Constant standing (6‑8+ hours) and ability to lift 10‑75 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs during 8‑10 hour shift as needed.
• Ability to stand/walk/climb stairs up to 100% of time during shift.
• Constant grasping and fine hand manipulation for six or more hours.
• Ability to use respirator and proper PPE (eye protection, safety shoes).
• Availability to work overtime (up to 4 hours) and weekends when required.

Competitive base salary with performance‑based annual raise and bonus. Salary range: USD $27.30 - $36.10 per hour.
