Reporting directly to the department Lead, this role will work seamlessly with the facility team and all departments to monitor the filling line and perform quality checks on all products. The Filling Line Operator utilizes equipment, ensuring the filling line is running correctly.

• Monitor incoming quality of containers; ensure adequate quantity for uninterrupted filling line operation.
• Calibrate and properly operate automatic filling machines; check batch tickets; monitor correct weights and visual quality of containers (no drips); retain samples for control lab.
• Ensure adequate supply and proper sealing of lids; verify lid information is legible and correct.
• Maintain adequate quantity of correct labels and adhesive; monitor visual quality of label and container.
• Maintain proper operation and minor adjustment of bail‑omatic machine.
• Ensure adequate supply of cartons and tape; verify carton information is legible and correct.
• Provide empty pallets to machine and offload full pallets as appropriate.
• Accurately count fill and input data into terminal for inventory control using electronic systems.
• Maintain forklift or related equipment by checking battery, electrical hook‑up, etc.
• Follow all safety guidelines, environmental and regulatory guidelines; use required safety equipment; maintain quality and cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross‑functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Ability to use company software and computer system programs.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Ability to work overtime (up to 4 hours past regular shift) and weekends when required.
• Ability to operate fill‑by‑weight machine, video jet, labeler, palletizer, case packer, can and carton computer, and depalletizer.
• Ability to operate the tower independently.
• Ability to operate gallon line and quart line independently.
• Ability to operate a gallon line case packer and five line independently.
• Ability to operate a gallon line and a small batch.
• Ability to use forklift, winch and trolley system.
• Running the filling line and packaging goods is the most frequent activity (upwards of 8 hours per day).
• Environmental factors and exposure throughout shift.

USD $21.30 – USD $28.20 per hour.
