About the Role

Our Clark location is part of the Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. The facility has two buildings: the North building, where teams produce natural flavoring and essential oils, and the South building, where teams produce seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.

Warehouse Operative is a first shift opportunity:
Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts from 6:30AM to 2:30PM.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operative

Primary purpose: responsible for moving materials efficiently and timely for manufacturing and warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing finished goods orders for shipment to customers in line with shipping requirements.

Supply manufacturing with materials on a demand basis.

Remove materials from production for storage and for orders.

Maintain GMPs and complete functions on the sanitation schedule.

Move and rearrange inventory as instructed for consolidation, organization, and efficiency.

Move new materials and inventory into proper stock locations.

Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.

Use RF scanners to move inventory to and from locations throughout the facility.

Follow the instructions on the worksheets—properly label, scan, seal, palletize and wrap product so that it meets customer specifications and can be transported safely and without damage.

Properly handle allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures.

Conform to Food Safety and Food Quality Plans as described in the Kerry Clark SQF Systems manual; report any deviations to a member of management and QA, and set product aside until further instructed.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiently operate forklifts and other equipment integral to the job functions.
Basic computer skills.
Basic math skills; capable of reading and writing in English.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Agile and able to bend to lower heights.
Must be able to see and distinguish between labels.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk through the warehouse.

Working Environment

Ambient factory environment with exposure to flavor and basic product chemicals, raw materials, and finished goods.

Compensation

Pay range: $17.34 to $27.54 per hour. Kerry is a pay‑for‑performance company; compensation decisions are based on facts and circumstances and may be influenced by skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
