Position: Manufacturing Skilled Operator 12 Hour Day 6 AM to 6 PM

Position Overview:

This is a hands‑on individual contributor production role requiring expertise in multiple manufacturing disciplines, including CNC machining, manual tacking, lamination, engraving, and card finishing. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who can adapt to different functions as needed to support production goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines, lamination systems, engraving systems, and/or card finishing equipment to produce high-quality components.
  • Perform tacking operations with precision and in accordance with production requirements.
  • Inspect and verify output quality at each stage, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production data, process parameters, and quality checks through our ERP input tools or manual documentation.
  • Flex between functions and workstations based on production demand or team capacity.
  • Rapidly adapt to changes in workflow, priorities, and scheduling to support production goals.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and planners to address bottlenecks or resource gaps in our Lead Daily Management solution.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Report malfunctions or hazards promptly to minimize downtime and risk.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands‑on manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: CNC, tacking, lamination, engraving, card finishing.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD files.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and support team flexibility.
  • Preferred:
    Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Preferred:
    Understanding of ISO or other quality management systems.
  • Basic computer literacy for equipment interfaces, reporting, and tracking.
