Compo Secure, L.L.C. is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and direct the manufacturing process on the assigned line.
You will execute the production schedule, optimize safety, quality and efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies. You will supervise production staff, lead Lean Daily Management meetings, train personnel, conduct annual reviews, and partner with HR on staffing and safety programs.
