Key Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production operations
- Design and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput
- Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Utilize data analysis to monitor performance and recommend operational improvements
- Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve operational goals
- Support facility layout planning, workflow optimization, and capacity planning
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and operational standards
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field required
- Significant experience in manufacturing process design, optimization, and improvement required
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with engineering software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
