A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and implementing solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in process design, workflow optimization, and Lean Manufacturing principles. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, streamline production, and support strategic manufacturing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production operations

  • Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor performance and recommend operational improvements
  • Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve operational goals
  • Support facility layout planning, workflow optimization, and capacity planning
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and operational standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field required
  • Significant experience in manufacturing process design, optimization, and improvement required
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with engineering software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
