The role owns the accuracy and validation of planning data used within the Master Scheduling horizon and facilitates the cross-functional alignment required to continuously validate assumptions and maintain schedule feasibility.

  • Validate production assumptions related to planned maintenance, asset availability, trials and qualification activities, inventory recovery plans, material constraints, and labor availability.
  • Ensure production requirements are actively challenged and reconciled prior to publication of the Master Schedule.
  • Escalate risks, assumptions, and business impacts whenever demand requirements exceed realistic manufacturing capability.
  • Drive alignment between production plans and downstream requirements from global receiving sites.
