Role
Senior Refrigeration Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing process refrigeration and mechanical systems in a cGMP medical device manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities- operate, troubleshoot, and service equipment such as lyophilizers, HVAC, chillers, autoclaves, and facility systems
- ensure compliance with ozone depletion regulations
- maintain accurate preventative maintenance records
- provide technical guidance to team members
- complete work orders per Good Documentation Practices
- vocational/trade school certificate or military training
- 5+ years in maintenance of process refrigeration and HVAC systems, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Refrigerant CV 1&2 license
- PLC experience preferred
- proficiency with CMMS software and electrical troubleshooting
- valid New Jersey driver's license
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- flexible to emergency standby and overtime
- familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety protocols
focus on process refrigeration in a regulated, GMP environment, supporting manufacturing of medical devices with critical utility systems; 1st shift (7am-3:30pm).
Work setupon-site in a regulated manufacturing facility; travel not specified.
