About the RoleViking Pest Control is seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across multiple brands and geographic markets. This role provides hands‑on support to the Marketing team, with a strong focus on web content, campaign coordination, analytics support, and day‑to‑day project execution. This position reports to the SEO & Website Manager.
It is ideal for an early‑career marketing professional who is eager to learn, highly detail‑oriented, and excited to grow within a collaborative marketing environment.
Applicants must live within driving distance of Warren, NJ. A hybrid schedule (4 days in‑office / 1 day remote) is available after training and once the individual is comfortable with the workload and brands.
What You'll Do- Assist the SEO & Website Manager with creating, editing, and maintaining web content
- Maintain team projects and inbound requests using a project management tool
- Research marketing materials, trends, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain and organize the marketing calendar
- Support campaign performance tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable supporting multiple brands and geographic markets
- Curious, inquisitive, and comfortable asking questions
- Agile learner who enjoys building new skills and adapting to new tools
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content writing, or SEO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM/marketing platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Search Console preferred
- Word Press experience is a plus
- PPC advertising experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization and generative AI principles
- Comfortable using AI thoughtfully to supplement work (not replace it)
