Position OverviewThe Affiliate Manager is a key commercial contributor within our North American growth team. This role focuses on building, scaling, and optimizing affiliate programs for our gambling brands across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate combines deep iGaming expertise with a data‑driven, relationship‑focused mindset—someone who can own performance targets, cultivate high‑value partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth in regulated markets.
This position is ideal for an experienced affiliate marketer ready to take full ownership of Tier‑1 markets, working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with significant impact on acquisition, revenue, and brand expansion.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for US and Canadian regulated markets.
- Own and deliver against KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV targets.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends and competitor activity.
- Support launches in newly regulated states and provinces through affiliate channels.
Identify, onboard, and grow high‑value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers). - Negotiate and structure commercial agreements (CPA, Rev Share, Hybrid) with new and existing partners.
- Build and maintain long‑term, high‑performing relationships with top‑tier affiliates.
- Continuously optimize deal structures and partner mix based on performance data.
- Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, retention, and player value to ensure profitability.
Work with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affilka, Income Access, Everflow or similar) to manage campaigns and reporting. - Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or non‑compliant traffic.
- Prepare regular forecasts and performance reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with US state and Canadian provincial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to maintain responsible gambling and brand‑safe messaging.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, CRM, Marketing, and BI teams to align acquisition initiatives with broader business goals.
- 4–6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, gambling, or sports betting.
- Proven experience working with US and/or Canadian regulated markets.
- Strong understanding of CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid commercial models.
- Experience managing high‑volume, revenue‑driving affiliate portfolios.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance metrics and unit economics.
- Fluent English with professional negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable owning a broad performance remit.
- An established network of Tier‑1 gambling affiliates in North America.
- Experience launching brands in newly regulated US states or Canadian provinces.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading junior affiliate managers or coordinators.
- Background working in a fast‑growing or international technology or iGaming environment.

Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000. Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's unique experience and qualifications.
