Role:
Product Manager, Consumer Marketing for CAPLYTA at Johnson & Johnson, supporting growth in psychiatry indications.
Responsibilities
- develop and execute integrated consumer and patient marketing strategies
- manage campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and emerging channels
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Insights, Medical, Legal, Market Access, and Media
- leverage data, analytics, and AI to optimize marketing efforts
- develop patient-centric messaging
- oversee project timelines, budgets, and agency/vendor relationships
- contribute to brand planning and strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- minimum 5 years of marketing or related experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare or consumer marketing
- strong project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- experience with promotional compliance and agency management
- willingness to travel up to 20%
- experience in psychiatry, mental health, neuroscience, or complex therapeutics
- supporting brand launches or indications expansion
- expertise in consumer insights, digital marketing, and AI-enabled capabilities
