Youth Dynamics’ vision is to see youth transformed by the power of Christ, integrated into the local church, and impacting their world for Him. This full‑time ministry position exists to support this vision by developing 3
Story® relationships with students and assisting the Area Director in carrying out Youth Dynamics youth ministry in the community. This position is funded by personal support‑raising.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining all aspects of a viable student ministry as agreed upon by the Area Director. This includes developing proficiency in all core and operational competencies.
Create programming to establish breadth and depth with students to align with your area’s ministry plan. Actively pursue relationships with non‑Christian students to pursue the fulfillment of our mission.
Implement area policies with regard to new decisions for Christ. Meet regularly with new believers for follow‑up and help transition them to local churches.
As assigned by the Area Director, be able to train and work with volunteers for the fulfillment of the Youth Dynamics vision and mission.
In collaboration with the Area Director to communicate the future vision so that it ignites passion and commitment for volunteers, donors, and the community at large.
Further develop and create new ministry opportunities. Carry out other projects as assigned or agreed upon by the Area Director.
