Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Its an Allergy office ,involves allergy shots ,testing ,patient intake ,perform pfts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (eClinical
  
  Works).
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, including sterile processing and proper handling of sutures.
• Provide care for infants, toddlers, and patients of all ages, following appropriate standards and guidelines.

• Valid LPN license in the state of [insert state].
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
