As an Infection Preventionist-RN you will play a critical role on our clinical team—leading infection prevention initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices that protect the health and safety of our residents and staff. You’ll help foster a supportive, welcoming environment where quality care and teamwork go hand in hand.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Wound care/infection prevention experience preferred, not required
• Infection Prevention Certified
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
