Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric/Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit FT Evenings

ShiftEvening (11a-11p)
Schedule- Full-Time 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend requirement
$47.85 - $64.04 per hour
Qualifications- ASN required; BSN preferred
- New Jersey Registered Nurse license and/or approved compact license required
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- Behavioral Health or Pediatric experience
- Full-Time 36 hours per week
- Evening Shift 11a-11p
- Every other weekend requirement
- Provides nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, ensuring ethical standards as per ANA code of ethics.
- Assures safety in practice and applies evidence-based practice principles, continuously advancing knowledge and utilizing resources.
- Reports identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
- Maintains knowledge of the patient population served.
- Supervises and directs delegation of tasks to team members, collaborating with other care providers.
- Sets and evaluates priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
- Functions as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, integrating all aspects of care and individualizing plans of care for each patient.
