University Hospital, Newark is looking for a Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical operations of nursing services. This role includes administrative supervision on a 24-hour basis and the implementation of care delivery changes while building a strong interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, be a licensed RN in New Jersey, and have a minimum of three years in clinical care delivery. A Master’s degree and quality improvement certification are preferred.
