Atlantic Health is seeking a Neurocritical Care APP (NP/PA) for a per‑diem opportunity in Summit, NJ.

The Atlanta Neuroscience Institute at Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center offers a 29‑bed neuroscience unit and a 12‑bed Neuroscience Critical Care Unit for patients recovering from stroke, brain surgery, seizures, nervous system infections, head trauma, and spinal surgery. The ideal candidate will provide 1–2 shifts per month, working 7 pm–7:30 am or 7 am–7:30 pm (12‑hour shifts). Weekends are not required.

The APP will be responsible for advanced practice care delivery in collaboration with Neurocritical Care and Neurosurgical teams. Duties include comprehensive assessments, interpretation of diagnostic results, performing bedside procedures, daily progress notes, patient/family education, and interdisciplinary meetings.

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• ACLS and BLS required
• ENLS certification preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in Neurocritical Care required
• Excellent communication and computer skills
