Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN – Senior Living Community

Day Shift: 6am–6pm. Night Shift: 6pm–6am.

As a nurse at Willow Tree Care Center, you’ll be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our seniors. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment and create a reassuring atmosphere.
• Check vital signs and prioritize patient comfort and well‑being.
• Support medication adherence and foster trust with residents.
• Collaborate with RNs and other medical team members in a harmonious environment.
• Maintain strong communication with families as a liaison.

• Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state.
• Compassionate and caring nature with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
