BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Linwood, NJ Assistive Care offices. These offices provide best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the larger Atlantic & Cape May Counties.

• To learn more about Bayada benefits,

• Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Atlantic & Cape May Counties
  .
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non‑clinical staff in the homes.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Homecare experience a plus.
