Practical Nurse dedicated to providing quality resident-centered care in a fast-paced SNF environment.
Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All shifts available.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and administer medications/treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the care team
- Assist with care plans, documentation, and daily resident support
- Supervise and support CNAs during daily operations
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Weekday pay starts at $33.00 with full benefits or up to $38.00 for no-frills options
- Weekend pay starts at $36.00 up to $38.00
- Additional shift differentials available

- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- SNF experience preferred
