  • Active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional, friendly bedside manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize resident care
  • Basic knowledge of long‑term care, safety procedures, and infection control
  • CPR certification preferred
