Travel Nurse Source  is working with Adelphi Healthcare to find a qualified School Nurse LPN / LVN in Newark, New Jersey, 07029. Adelphi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support school-based health services under the supervision of Registered Nurses and school administration. LPNs will assist in delivering direct care, monitoring student health, and supporting safe school environments.

• Assist in monitoring student health conditions and records
• Administer medications and basic treatments as directed

• Support documentation and communication with staff and families
