On-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8-hour shift 2 weekdays, either 3-11 or 11-7. RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests:
Priority given to submits with a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests will be approved after offer. Call Off Policy:
Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Holiday Requirement:
