Position:
Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN)
Location: Essex County, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations in a busy dialysis facility. This role oversees patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement while providing hands‑on leadership in a 24‑hour clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing and dialysis staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee dialysis treatments, care plans, and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with CMS, ESRD Network, OSHA, and state regulations
- Lead QAPI initiatives, data tracking, and performance improvement
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee evaluations - Support patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and emergency preparedness standards
- Collaborate with Medical Director, Administrator, and interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct patient care when needed
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- At least 6 months dialysis experience required
