Position Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Menorah Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care. Provide nursing care to residents/patients in our long‑term care facility under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily living activities and monitor patient health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and implementation.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
- NYS LPN license required.
- Good clinical patient care skills.
- Valid BCLS certification.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx Insurance.
