Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one‑on‑one private duty nursing care for pediatric clients in Newark and the surrounding communities.

• Provide skilled, compassionate 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in the patient's condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe home care environment

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40.00 per hour

• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts

Multiple cases are available with flexible scheduling options.

• Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or facility setting)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year (or chest X‑ray within the past 5 years if applicable)
• Proof of MMR immunization
