Regional Education Specialist; Critical Care

This position is accountable for assuming leadership in the area of educational design, planning, implementation and evaluation for Patient Care and Clinical Ancillary Services. The role focuses on completing goals within the domain of professional development and teaching/learning.

• Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience.
• Requires Master’s preparation in nursing and/or education, or comparable graduate education.
• Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis.

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated total compensation for this role is $55.50 per hour, inclusive of wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at hiring, factoring in skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
