Provide outpatient oncology nurse practitioner coverage in a mid‑size to large hospital/medical center. Manage 10‑12 patient encounters per day, maintain documentation in EPIC EMR, and coordinate care with oncologists and advanced practice nurses.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adult oncology patients.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in EPIC EMR system.
• Coordinate care with oncologists, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Advise patients on disease management, medication, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with facility staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Board certification in Hematology/Oncology (or equivalent).
• Current, active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license.
• Prescriptive authority in New Jersey.
• Experience in outpatient oncology or hematology settings preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.

• Full‑time commitment for at least 13 weeks (maternity coverage).
• Day shift:
  Monday–Friday.
• No call or weekend coverage required.
• Hospital privileges required; credentialing within 30‑45 days.
