Registered Nurse - Emergency Room - Falls, NY

Join our emergency team as a Registered Nurse, delivering vital care in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform rapid, accurate patient assessments to prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer emergency medications, manage IV lines, and execute life‑saving interventions under pressure.
• Manage care for ED beds collaboratively with physicians and staff, anticipating discharge or transition needs.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams during rounds for seamless, timely care.
• Promote trust through bedside reports, patient education, and compassionate communication.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and advocate for evidence‑based practices.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN preferred, or must complete within 5 years.
• Active, unrestricted NY RN license; current ACLS, PALS, and stroke certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent clinical judgment, problem‑solving skills, and composure during emergencies.
• Work authorization in the U.S. or eligible for TN Visa under USMCA.
