Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Jersey is seeking a Surgical Unit Clinical Coordinator RN for the 3G Surgical Unit. The role directs daily clinical activities, coordinates care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and promotes a positive work environment.
With a US RN license (NJ), BSN preferred, at least 3 years in a surgical specialty, and BLS certification, you will support staffing, quality improvement, audits, and regulatory adherence while mentoring staff.
