Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Oncology RN in Newark, New Jersey, 07112!

Registered Nurse – Oncology

Newark, NJ | Outpatient Oncology Clinic

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (5x7.5 Hours, 8:00–16:00) | 37.5 hrs/week | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in adult medical oncology settings covering GI, GU, Breast, Head and Neck, Neuro, Thoracic, Lymphoma, and Leukemia
• Support GYN oncology procedures including paps, biopsy, colposcopy, and pelvic exams, as well as classic hematology conditions such as Sickle Cell, anemia, Factor 8, and ITP
• Perform port access, central line blood draws, Neupogen administration, hormonal therapy, and colostomy care
• Assist with Bone Marrow Biopsies in a clinic setting
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR (required)
• Float within skillset as needed based on census and patient acuity

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience
• BLS certification required at time of submission
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must be available to work 2 of 3 designated holidays
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

• Experience across multiple oncology subspecialties including GYN oncology and hematology
• Familiarity with outpatient oncology clinic workflows and procedures
• Experience with colposcopy, pelvic exams, and bone marrow biopsy assistance
