Description:
Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a leadership role to oversee clinical operations across multiple sites in Newark, NJ. This full-time position involves managing vaccine programs, training clinical staff, and ensuring compliance. Proficiency in electronic medical records is required.
Requirements:
Active RN license in New Jersey, 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, 2-3 years of supervisory experience across multiple sites, experience with vaccine management and compliance, strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in electronic medical records systems, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey, 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health, 2-3 years of management experience, knowledge of immunization program management, experience in training and supervising clinical staff, familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, strong communication skills.
