SALARY: $90,000 to $95,000 PER YEAR

DUTIES:- Risk Management Coordinator will oversee facility risk management programs and monitor clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Communicate with physicians, licensed practice nurses, facility leadership, and other medical professionals as needed
- Collaborate with IDT Team to review incident reports, evaluate clinical care practices, and implement risk mitigation plans
- Assist with coordination of safety audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance procedures
- Update risk management records, incident reports, and safety logs as needed
- Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their families or guardians
- Track and maintain clinical risk data and safety protocols along with other staff members
- Round the unit to ensure all residents clinical and environmental safety needs are being appropriately met
- Active LPN License required in NJ.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience required
- Previous Unit Manager or Nursing Leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of state/federal healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to handle incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the IDT team, patients, families, and department heads
